- 44 percent reported that their top challenge is a lack of resources to manage help desks.
- 34 percent stated that their top challenge is poor internal communications.
- 34 percent stated that their top challenge is viewing resources across tickets and project assignments.
- 27 percent stated that their top challenge is having access to a shared knowledge base for technicians.
- 25 percent stated that too little automation of repetitive tasks was their top challenge.
