Tuesday, September 21, 2021 — EdWeek wants Student Essays - This could be fun! Larry Ferlazzo has sent out a request for student essays about how it feels to be back in school to be published on his blog Student Voices. Essays are due to him by October 4, 2021.

2022 BETT Awards - A friendly reminder that BETT Awards entries are due on September 24, 2021 but they will accept requests for extensions. There are 26 categories including Innovator of the Year, Higher Education - Digital Learning Product, and Collaboration with a School. Cost is £260.

2022 Edtech Digest Awards - The deadline for the regular entry of $249 into the Edtech Digest Awards is coming up on September 30, 2021. It is the largest and most competivive awards program in the education industry with recognition for tools, leaders, and trendsetters in K12, Higher Education and Skills and Workforce sectors.

2021 THE/Campus Technology New Product Awards - THE/Campus Technology New Product awards program is accepting entries until October 29, 2021 for products or services that have been introduced to the market from Oct. 30, 2020 to Oct. 29, 2021. Nominees may enter either THE (for K-12) or Campus Technology (for HE) programs for $600 or both for $995. A discount of $50 is available until October 1.

2021 Best of STEM Awards - A New awards program who has partnered with NSTA and MCH Strategic Data is honoring the Best in STEM. The stated audience says there is potential exposure to 267,000 STEM educators. Entries are due by Sept. 23, 2021 (just two days away!) and are $595 with discounts for mulitply entries. There is a discount of $100 with the code: Earl E Bryd.

ISTE 2022 Live - Call for proposals for the 2022 ISTE Live (June 26-June 29 in New Orleans) are open until October 1, 2021. There is both an in-person and virtual option available.
