Thoughts about Generative AI - We do not use generative AI for writing completed by the Pando team, but are experimenting with it for ideation. Personally, I find generative AI to be an exciting technological development, but so far it has not proven to be helpful — to me — in a meaningful way. It's fun, but not yet helpful. Public relations is an art combining great writing with strategic thinking and extensive networking. Generative AI is too general and it simply cannot get into our heads. I'm always interested to hear how you might be using it, though. If you care to share your tips on productivity, feel free to send me a note at jennifer@pandopublicrelations.com.
